Adults, children, and families can experience the benefits of fitness and wellness on the beautiful grounds of the Preserve. Designed to build strength and flexibility, our classes foster a sense of calmness and well-being. Join us weekly to help restore and maintain good health. No experience is necessary. Bring a mat and water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing.

Tuesdays at 10 AM
$10 for members/$15 per person for non-members

Yoga with Judy
Thursdays at 11 AM
Free for members/$10 per person for non-members

Yoga with MaryLou
Fridays at 9 AM
Free for members/$10 per person for non-members

*Preserve parking fee per day: $10.00 per car or free with membership pass.
Membership passes (Family – $100) are in effect for twelve months from issue date.

Family Yoga

Experience the wonderful benefits of yoga with family and friends. Yoga practice aligns naturally with children’s imaginations as they create the shapes of animals and plants using their bodies. They stretch, bend, reach, and balance to become trees, turtles, and more. Bring a mat for each person.

Price: $15 per car, or $5 per car with membership pass, includes parking.

Winter: Sunday, January 13 at 10 – 10:45 AM

Spring: Sunday, March 3 at 10 – 10:45 AM

Summer Solstice Celebration: Family Yoga & Sunset BYO Picnic on  Wednesday, June 20 at 6:30 – 8:30 PM
