Outdoor Wedding Ceremonies

The pandemic has limited weddings this summer to small-scale celebrations, and the Sands Point Preserve offers new outdoor wedding packages that adhere to the New York State Phase 4 Reopening requirements for everyone’s health and safety.

The estate provides spectacular outdoor locations for these more intimate gatherings of up to 50 guests, though the maximum number is subject to change, per NYS guidelines. Social distancing and face masks are required.

Two packages are available:

PACKAGE 1
– One Hour, including set-up and clean-up
– Up to 20 *guests: $750
– Up to 50 *guests: $1,400
– Photography permit is included
– Chairs for guests
– Table with white cloth
– Client may bring flowers for decoration and must remove them
– Hospitality Coordinator onsite

PACKAGE 2
– Two Hours, including set-up and clean-up
– Up to 20 *guests: $1,500
– Up to 50 *guests: $1,750
– One-hour rehearsal in advance
– Photography permit is included
– Chairs for guests
– Table with white cloth
– Client may bring flowers for decoration and must remove them
– Hospitality Coordinator onsite

*Guest number includes the officiant and photographer.

Please note:
– The wedding areas are reserved, however, the Preserve is open to visitors who may be nearby.
– Restrooms are available in Castle Gould’s Black Box.
– Balloons, confetti, rice, firecrackers, sparklers of any kind are not permitted.
– If you find another location on the grounds that you would like to use, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to try to accomodate your idea.
