The galas and cultural events that were to take place in Hempstead House in 2020 were all canceled because of the pandemic – as were the great dinners that are always beautifully prepared by Philip Stone Catering. In the last three years, the menus were often created by our Culinary Consultant, Master Chef Nicola Zanghi.

For Thanskgiving this year, the Conservancy asked Chef Nicola to develop an original dinner menu of sumptuous dishes that can be prepared easily by home cooks. The recipes for each dish are scaled for smaller gatherings and can be downloaded below. Feel free to send questions to Chef Nicola at
