The Butterfly Ball

The Butterfly Ball drew 320+ guests to a springtime benefit to enhance the Preserve’s beautiful landscape with new features and programs for everyone to enjoy – scroll down for the album filled with “butterfly chic!”

The evening showcased Long Island’s top culinary visionaries whose work reflects the growing farm-to-table movement, using organic, sustainable resources. Our thanks to The Butterfly Ball’s Culinary Director Nicola Zanghi who gathered this unique ensemble of guest chefs, and to Mike Douglass of Post Wine & Spirits who invited five Long Island wineries to provide perfect pairings, as well as Long Island Spirits.
