The Northwinds Symphonic Band presents an afternoon of music and fun for families with children of all ages. Conductors Helen P. Bauer and Concetta Stevens have put together a program designed to excite the imagination of young listeners and aspiring young musicians.
The program will include a well-known selection from The Sound of Music, featuring vocalist Karen Murphy, and a medley of music from everyone’s favorite Disney movies. A highlight of the program will be a musical, narrated version of Saint-Saëns’ Carnival of the Animals.
Band members will introduce and demonstrate their instruments, and six lucky children in attendance will be given the opportunity to take the podium as guest conductors!

Admission: Tickets will be available the day of the performance.
Adults: $10
Children 2+: $5 per child.
Non-members: Parking is an additional $15 per car.
