She worked as a research scientist at the Lawrence Berkeley national Laboratory and nyU Medical School until she founded Sol Center in Port Washington in 2017. She is dedicated to mindful environmentalstewardshipandenjoyslecturinginschoolsandcommunity centers about mindful and sustainable living. She contributes to the weekly Earth Matters column in the island now newspaper. Hildur is a certified mindfulness meditation instructor and educator, President of the Board of trustees for the Science Museum of Long island and is dedicated to bringing mindfulness and sustainability to StEAM education for all ages. Pioneering Earth Expeditions at the Sands Point Preserve is one of Hildurs favorite projects. antonia FthEnakis Antonia holds a BFA in Fine Arts Sculpture from Parsons School of design, an Art Education degree from Bank Street College of Education, and a MA in Special Education with a concentration in behavioral disorders from Hunter College. A certified new york State K-12 Art teacher and a practicing Reiki Master, Antonia is also the director of WildChildorganicArtist, a holistic nature-based teaching artist studio in Port Washington, ny. Antonia is a founding member and vice PresidentofCultureandCreativityforFullStEAMMAhead,anonprofit organization bringing eco-mindfulness practices to all. Antonia teaches at the Art Guild and the Sands Point Preserve Conservancy, where she converges her love of the outdoors and art-making in creating curriculum for the Earth Expeditions program. She is most recognized for her work in merging the lines between nature, art, and holistic wellness practices, organically infusing Reiki healing arts into her teachings.'
