Join us for a series of 4 guided sunset meditations and seasonal mindfulness at the brand new Hempstead House Garden with Hildur Palsdottir. Please accept this opportunity to calm down at the end of the day and discover your innate wisdom. Mindfulness helps us tune into the present moment without judgement. The practice of insight meditation supports the cultivation of a kind, spacious and relaxed attitude out of which we can make good choices and live with ease.
Each session in this series is independent, yet interconnected to the others. You can drop in for one or sign up for the series at a discount. Please bring a cushion or a blanket. These sessions are outdoors, weather permitting, and timed to meet the actual sunset, make sure you dress appropriately. In the event of rain, we will move indoors.
