A unique and internationally renowned quintet, Imani Winds bridges European, American, African, and Latin-American traditions and enriches the traditional wind chamber repertoire. Having performed in the most prestigious concert venues, including Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Kennedy Center, and Disney Hall, they collaborate with dynamic new composers, inspiring young musicians through master classes, and sharing their innovative work with children and adults.

Imani Winds will spend the day at the Preserve with two special concerts.

Family Concert
2 p.m. in Castle Gould’s Great Hall
Adults: $20 per person
Children (5-17): $10 per person
Children (4 and younger): Free!

Evening in Hempstead House

7 p.m. General Tickets include cocktails, dinner, the Imani Winds concert followed by dessert with the artists.
General Non-member: $100 per person
General Member: $90 per person

6 p.m. Limited VIP Tickets include a one-hour cocktail reception and moderated Q & A with the artists in the beautiful mezzanine-level Morning Room. VIPs also enjoy the dinner, concert, and dessert with the artists.
VIP: $150 per person

Directions to the Sands Point Preserve

Directions from NYC: Long Island Expressway to exit 36 (Searingtown Road/Port Washington).  At the light, make a left and go under the Long Island Expressway heading north. Take Searingtown Road north, it will change into Port Washington Boulevard and then into Middle Neck Road. The Preserve will be on the right.
