Classes are held monthly or seasonally outdoors on the grounds of the Preserve, or inside one of our beautiful mansions. Our experienced instructors and breathtaking natural surroundings provide the perfect environment to de-stress, reconnect with yourself, and discover a deeper connection to the natural world.

Ecotherapy
Join certified guide Linda Lombardo for an Ecotherapy walk. Ecotherapy, also known as Forest Therapy or Forest Bathing, is not simply hiking in the woods, or a walk on a beach. The focus of Ecotherapy is on connection and relationship, allowing the heart to open to the beauty of the natural world, and at the same time, understand our belonging in that world. Register for a seasonal series or individual monthly walk.

Monthly Meditation
Join instructor Hildur Palsdottir on the first Thursday evening of every month for nature-based mindfulness and meditation.

Qigong
Discover the ancient practice of Qigong and harmonize your energy flow with the natural world. This five-session program, led by instructor Adina Dabija, will guide you through slow, flowing movements that cultivate vitality, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being. Register for all five or individual sessions.
