We miss the extraordinary menus that Master Chef Nicola Zanghi created for dinners and galas in past years, so the Conservancy asked Chef Nicola to develop an original dinner menu of sumptuous dishes that can be prepared easily by home cooks. The recipes for each dish are scaled for smaller gatherings and can be downloaded below. Feel free to send questions to Chef Nicola at info@sandspointpreserve.org.
