Explore the universe in a fascinating digital display inside the inflatable Starlab Planetarium in Castle Gould. Discover the planets and moons that comprise our solar system, and watch for comets, asteroids, and meteor showers! Choose one 30-minute session during our Celestial Weekend: Friday, March 23 at 6, 6:45, 7:30 and 8:15 pm and Saturday, March 24 at 6, 6:45, 7:30 and 8:15 pm. On Saturday, March 24, after sunset, stay on for real outdoor stargazing at the night sky above the Preserve.

Admission
Members: $10 per adult; children are free
Non-Members: $15 per adult; $5 per child

Directions to the Sands Point Preserve

Directions from NYC: Long Island Expressway to exit 36 (Searingtown Road/Port Washington).  At the light, make a left and go under the Long Island Expressway heading north. Take Searingtown Road north, it will change into Port Washington Boulevard and then into Middle Neck Road. The Preserve will be on the right.
