Master Calendar

Spend 24 hours in the Sands Point Preserve’s majestic woods with Ranger Eric Powers and survival expert Mike Evans from 12pm on Saturday, October 5 to 12pm on Sunday, October 6.

Kick off the adventure by setting up a group campsite and pitching tents, fostering teamwork and camaraderie from the start. Embark on a resource walk to understand the lay of the land, then gather around as we establish our fire, the heart of our campsite. As the embers glow, indulge in a communal dinner where everyone shares their favorite camping dishes, creating a feast of shared knowledge and flavors. Spend the evening refining your cordage skills under the stars. Awaken to a new day with a hot breakfast, complete with coffee and juice, fueling you for a morning dedicated to practicing and perfecting the survival skills of your choice. This challenge isn’t just a test; it’s a celebration of your journey and a testament to your readiness for whatever the wild may hold.

This program is geared for adults and children 14+ only. Minors under 18 must have an accompanying adult.
