Our baby quail have grown up! Join us for a special session with biologist Eric Powers as we release the quail population that we’ve nurtured all summer onto the grounds of the Sands Point Preserve. Quail feed on ticks and other insects and are a natural means of pest management.
Meet at the quail coop inside the Woodland Playground for an information session, then we’ll head out to the fields and woods to introduce the quail to their new environment.
